Connect isn’t enough
OAuth success ≠ correct mapping. We’ve seen office managers authorize their personal calendar for five clinicians. The agent looked “smart” and offered nonsense.
Smoke test
1. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 to the right provider.
2. Create a busy block on that external calendar.
3. Confirm the slot disappears in AptaBook chat and on the public booking page.
4. Book a test appointment and watch it appear externally.
If step 3 fails, stop marketing after-hours booking until it passes.
